How long does delivery take?

Our shipping times are usually 8–21 business days and consist of two stages:

Processing time:
1–3 business days for processing (order confirmation, quality check, packaging). Please note that orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends may take slightly longer to process.

Delivery time:
On average, 8–12 business days once dispatched (depending on the destination, including transit from our international distribution centre to your doorstep).

You can track your order at any time via our “Track Order” page (available in the top menu). If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.


Placing an Order

Shopping with us is simple:

  1. Go to the product page and add the item you want to your shopping cart by clicking the black “Add to cart” button.

  2. Make sure you have selected the correct variant (e.g., size, colour).

  3. Click “Proceed to checkout.” On the information page, enter your shipping address and ensure all details are correct.

  4. Click “Continue to shipping.” Here you can review your address information.

  5. You will then be reminded that all shipments are completely free of charge – we always cover the shipping and delivery costs for our customers.

  6. Finally, click “Proceed to payment” to choose your payment method.
