Return Policy

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition (please include a tracking number). Once we receive the goods, the purchase price will be refunded.
All returns must be registered with our Customer Service team before sending them back.

I received a faulty item

If you have received a faulty item, please contact our Support Team immediately and provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Which item is damaged

  • A description of the fault

  • Photo evidence

If your parcel was damaged on delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our Customer Service team.
All claims regarding damaged parcels must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Without confirmation from a member of our Support Team, we cannot offer a refund, credit, or replacement.

I received the wrong item

If you have received the wrong item by mistake, please contact our Support Team immediately and provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the item you did not receive

  • The name of the item you did receive

  • A photo of the received item

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning it and placing a new order for the desired product.

For faulty products

If the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or otherwise defective, no return shipping costs will apply..

If you wish to return an item

If you purchased the wrong product, the product does not fit, or you no longer want it, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs and for providing proof of return.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are automatically processed around the clock and prepared for dispatch.
If you no longer wish to keep the items, you may of course return them after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
